Community By Design is a collaborative team of community and urban planners, landscape designers, ecologists, permaculturalists and GIS analysts.  Coordinated by the firm’s Principal, Charlie Deans, AICP, the team approaches each project with focused attention to engage clients and the community as partners in a dynamic planning process.
